 SHIPPING

  • How long does shipping take?

    • We offer the following estimated delivery times:
      • EU: 2-7 business days
      • US: 5-10 business days
      • Rest of the world: 5-12 business days
  • How are the artworks shipped?

    • Fine art prints are rolled and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damages.
  • How can I track my order?

    • You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
  • What if the order is lost in the mail?

    • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We'll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you. However, if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order.

  • Are frames included when I buy the prints?

    • No, frames are not included.
  • Can I order a print that is not in the store collection (Instagram, website)?

  • Can I order any artwork with my own dimensions?

    • Yes, please let us know which photo (screen shot) and we will do what it takes to make it possible.
  • What type of paper is used for the prints?

    • The prints are made with Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308, which is a museum-quality fine art paper. It is considered to be one of the best papers on the market today for fine art printing.
  • Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

    • Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk orders. For more information, please contact Sasha at sashaelage@gmail.com.
  • What is a certificate of authenticity, and do you offer them?

    • A certificate of authenticity is a document that verifies the authenticity of a limited edition print. It typically includes information such as the title of the work, the artist's name, the edition number, and the date of printing. Yes, we do include a certificate of authenticity with each limited edition print that we sell.
  • Can I request a specific size for my print?

    • Yes, we can accommodate requests for specific print sizes. Please get in touch with Sasha to discuss your needs.
  • Is Sasha's work completely unedited and straight from the camera, without any digital editing such as Photoshop, Lightroom, or filters?

    • Yes, Sasha Elage's work is always straight from the camera and he never uses any digital software to transform his photos, even if they look unreal.
  • Will Sasha offer masterclasses, lessons?

ORDERS AND RETURNS

  • How do I contact Sasha?

    • Please send an email to sashaelage@gmail.com for any questions or concerns, and he will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Can I cancel my order?

    • If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, please contact us immediately at sashaelage@gmail.com.
  • How do I return my order?

    • To claim your return, please send an email to sashaelage@gmail.com. After registration, you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected.
  • What is your return policy?

    • You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product as per European law. We'll issue a refund within 14 days of cancellation provided that the product is returned in the same condition it was received. You'll be responsible for all return shipping costs, so please contact us at sashaelage@gmail.com to get the return address. Please note that art prints cannot be returned if the package has been opened, and we don't accept returns for sale or coupon code items. As every piece is printed on demand and made to order, we're unable to resell returned items.
